Navicat 连接MySQL8.0，错误：Authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password' cannot be loaded

在使用 Navicat Premium 12 连接MySQL数据库时会出现Authentication plugin ‘caching\_sha2\_password’ cannot be loaded的错误（Navicat 新版本应该会修复这个问题）。

出现这个原因是mysql8 之前的版本中加密规则是 mysql\_native\_password，而在mysql8之后，加密规则是caching\_sha2\_password， 解决问题方法有两种：  
一种是升级navicat驱动  
一种是把mysql用户登录密码加密规则还原成mysql\_native\_password

还原 mysql\_native\_password 的方法为：

回到 Navicat Premium 12 便可以连接成功了。
